Film colder and listless that has made this great filmmaker in years. It is more than difficult to get off the podium Eastwood celluloid, but "Beyond Life" really is a work so distant and indifferent to the cinema that this man has accustomed us.

painted more than fine Eastwood's first foray into a genre unthinkable as the supernatural thriller, but in a script that never gets started or interest, Eastwood is lost in the narrative and the characters (no more correct interpretations) in addition to not finish configuring the parts and sub-plots and hence of more than a correct Bryce Dallas Howard are in the air and do not quite match the story. It is difficult to settle for one of the three stories that no shines especially in any matter you come to what will happen to the characters and of course the final climax where the stories converge histrionisms abuse cheap. Neither score is saved, but is functional but no longer an uninspired rehash of the superb music of Gran Torino.

Will we deflate this great filmmaker? I really hope that is only a small setback, and with his next big project again and swelling of awards and praise as usual. (The Mags: BFI)
